Technology and the Human Touch

We’re a fairly technologically savvy company.  We’re pretty much all “in the cloud”, many of our employees work from home, and we really don’t use a paper filing cabinet.  If there’s a new technology that makes us or our partners more efficient, we’re likely to implement it, or at least check it out.  That said, there’s just one thing we’ll never be able to replace with technology: the human touch.  We realize that while technology is great, it will never supplant the interaction between us humans.
