Well, I learned something new. Its no longer cool to call metrics, “Metrics”. Now you call it “Analytics”. Did you happen to see this commercial during the Masters golf tournament a few weeks back? This perfectly describes why the numbers must be essential to your business. You can’t just assume that sales will happen because you open the doors. You have to be proactive. Evaluate.
